Wonderful local Jerk House. Just the right level of bite. Had half chicken and wings. All were wonderful. They also dealt with an order mix-up that _I_ should have caught. They will certainly get my repeat business. So many items to still go through on the menu.

Ordered the Oxtail. It's comes with 2 sides. I got rice and peas with Mac and cheese but also got a side of cabbage. The oxtail was so hot and fresh. Steaming out the box. The oxtails were decent size but very tender and flavorful. The flavor actually had to cool down to soak in the rice and peas which the more I ate the more I love. The baked macaroni was perfect. The cabbage was ok, a little greasey not to much seasoning. But with all the flavor from the rest of the dish it was a good palate cleanser. The portion was large. I split into two meals, tasted even better this morning with all the Oxtail juices soaked into the rice. My 4 year old kept tring to grab bites she approves too The beef patty is great it has a little spice. A little greasy cause it's made fresh in house. So definitely get some extra napkins.

My daughter took me there, twice. The food was excellent, the service was fantastic, but the dining room was too close to the street, and the noise made conversation difficult. Overall, it was a great place. Even the leftovers were great the next day.

First, shout out to the owner Nick! His hospitality and that of the entire staff made the visit worth the while. Not pictured but highly recommended: Jerk chicken with rice and peas, steamed cabbage, and topped with oxtail gravy. Festival Sorrel (freshly made and bottled) When I say that I could not get enough of the food and that this place is authentic! IT IS! To know Caribbean food, be a born Caribbean woman, and to have been raised in Brooklyn, NY...I’m very picky about anything labeled Caribbean because my household cooks it and I grew up around it. This place did not miss one bit on the seasoning, fresh spices/ herbs, and the flavor presented in every bit. The jerk chicken had a nice kick to it and the rice and peas were divine! The festival was only missing a bowl of cornmeal porridge lol but it was so good! Overall, I found my new spot and as soon as their rooftop opens and they start selling breakfast, looks like I will be back!

The food was great! Everything was cooked fresh and hot. We had a large order and the food came out in like 10 minutes! Very friendly staff as well. The server came to check on us a lot.

I had an amazing experience at Jerk House! The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. I ordered the Rasta Pasta with shrimp—top tier flavor and perfectly cooked shrimp. The whole red snapper escovitch was packed with flavor, and the pickled peppers gave it that authentic kick I was hoping for. What really stood out to me was the veggie patties. They came with jerk sauce automatically—and let me just say, that made my day! No other Jamaican spot I’ve been to does that unless you ask (and even then, they try to charge extra). Jerk House gets it right. Great food, great portions, and great service. I’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I were craving something truly satisfying, so we decided to visit Jerk House—and what an incredible choice it turned out to be! From the moment we walked in, the gentleman at the front greeted us with warmth and was wonderfully informative, setting the tone for a fantastic dining experience. We ordered the beef patties, oxtail, and jerk shrimp, along with the cucumber ginger juice, and WOW—every bite was an explosion of rich, bold flavors. The seasoning was spot-on, creating dishes that were nothing short of perfection. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting, making us feel right at home. Jerk House has truly mastered the art of delivering an exceptional experience through both service and taste. Highly recommend!
